Fredie Bianchi
Founder & Lead Designer
Fredie Bianchi brings together a background in Civil Engineering and Architectural Technology with more than 13 years of experience across design, engineering, and construction.
Originally trained as a Civil Engineer in Brazil, Fredie holds an Architectural Technology diploma from Mohawk College, BCIN qualifications in Ontario, and is currently pursuing his Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada.
In 2021, Fredie founded F. Bianchi Design Inc. in Ontario, building the company around a practical approach to residential design — combining technical knowledge, thoughtful planning, and a strong understanding of the building permit process.
Since then, his residential design experience has grown to include more than 400 projects across Ontario, ranging from renovations and additions to secondary suites, multi-unit conversions, and new residential designs.
Fredie's approach goes beyond simply creating drawings. He believes thoughtful design should make a property work better — optimizing space, improving functionality, simplifying construction, and identifying opportunities to enhance its long-term value.
Now based in Calgary, Fredie is bringing the experience developed through F. Bianchi Design's work in Ontario to Alberta, working with homeowners, investors, and contractors on residential projects of varying scales and complexity.
